Public Health Winnebago County Public Health now offers walk-in Covid-19 Vaccine Clinics every Thursday afternoon from 1-4 p.m. No appointment necessary, no insurance needed, no charge to patient. We currently have the Moderna vaccine, (2-dose series) which is for people 18 years of age and older. We are located at 216 South 4th Street, Forest City, Iowa 50436. The County Board of Supervisors will conduct a public hearing on the proposed Fiscal Year County tax asking as follows:

At the public hearing any resident or taxpayer may present objections to, or arguments in favor of the proposed tax levy. After the hearing of the proposed tax levy,the Board will publish notice and hold a hearing on the proposed county budget.
