Winnebago County's campgrounds at Thorpe Park and Dahle Park have been closed for the season. Although access to the campgrounds will remain open until snow forces their closure, the water has been turned off and the picnic tables and fire rings have been removed. The campgrounds will open again next spring.

The County Board of Supervisors will conduct a public hearing on the proposed Fiscal Year County tax asking as follows:

At the public hearing any resident or taxpayer may present objections to, or arguments in favor of the proposed tax levy. After the hearing of the proposed tax levy,the Board will publish notice and hold a hearing on the proposed county budget.
