All are invited to join the City of Forest City to attend an open house to learn about the City’s new
Comprehensive Plan and provide additional input before the plan goes to the Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council.   The evening will begin with a short presentation shortly after 5:00 p.m. with information about the plan on display and staff available to answer questions.

Over the past year or so, the City of Forest City and its partners have been developing a new comprehensive plan, which is a long-term land use planning and policy for the City.  The process included thorough research of the City’s current conditions and an involved public engagement process.  The process resulted in a community vision and draft goals, strategies, and projects the next few decades.  Please join us to learn more!
