Flu Vaccine are also availabe starting the week of September 16th at the Winnebago County Public Health Building from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm by appointment. Please call 641-585-4763 to schedule!
We have a new billing system, so when you come for your appointment please have your insurance card ready. We will check eligibility at time of check in. If your flu shot is denied by your insurance or goes to your deductible you will be responsible for the cost of the flu shot at the time of service. Flu shots are $30 for regular and $65 for high dose for those 65 and older. We cannot accept Molina for those 19 and older. Please be patient with us as we navigate this new system. Thanks you!
