Jailer

The Winnebago County Sheriff’s Office is taking applications for a part-time Jailer position. This position includes both day and night schedule including weekends and Holidays. Wages are determined by Union contract. Starting wage will be $19.85 per hour.
Applicant must have a High School diploma or GED and a valid Driver’s License.  Applicant must pass a background check and an MMPI examination. Applicant must also become Jail certified within one year of employment start date.
