Sealed bids will be accepted by the County Engineer of Winnebago County at their office in Forest City, Iowa, until 10:00 AM, on Friday, July 12, 2024 for the various items of construction work related to building a 150' x 60' x 18' pre-engineered wood building with a 20' x 28' x 9' attached break room.
Description of the Proposed Work : Winnebago County Storage Building - Forest City
The work for the project will be accomplished under three (3) separate construction contracts including:
- General Construction
- Mechanical Construction, including: Plumbing, Heating, and Ventilating
- Electrical Construction, including: Power, Lighting, Communication, and Fire Safety
Completion Date: 9/30/2025; $500.00/Day Liquidated Damages.
Total Proposal Guaranty is 5% of the project bid amount.
